Grande Podere Monteantico

Near Monteantico lies this old farmhouse, once a tobacco factory. It is located at the foot of and behind Villa Banfi. The old factory still exists, but is a ruin. The main house, however, is immediately habitable and has been restored inside and out in beautiful Tuscan style. Upon entering the house, you find a large living room with an open fireplace and bar. Further down the hall is a small bathroom. Next to it is the large fitted kitchen with a period stove. The entire house is heated by gas. The stairs lead to four bedrooms and three bathrooms, all very individual and spacious. Attached to the main house is another farmhouse that needs to be completely renovated.

The house is fully fenced and offers access to another fenced area with a large shed. The approximately 5 hectares of completely flat arable land directly adjacent to the main house border the Ombrone River. The land is very fertile and also ideal for horse lovers. The remaining hectares are on the other side of the railway line, but not far away. The farm also has a well and, with a permit, the possibility of using the Ombrone River.
